Explicit Consent

This Explicit Consent text is prepared under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) solely for processing activities that require explicit consent. Processing that is mandatory to deliver the service and relies on other legal grounds, such as performance of a contract, legal obligation, or legitimate interest, falls outside this text and is governed by the KVKK Data Protection Notice. This text will be finalized by our legal counsel.

The processing activities below are carried out only if you grant your explicit consent. Giving consent is entirely optional, and if you do not, you may continue to use the core functions of the service.

Processing of the following data for the purposes stated in this text is subject to your explicit consent:

• Call recording audio and text transcripts
• Interaction summaries and tags derived from call content
• Marketing preferences and contact details
• Special categories of personal data that may be shared during a call (e.g. health information), only where the relevant scenario requires it

Your explicit consent is obtained limited to the following purposes:

• Processing call recordings and transcripts to improve service quality and enhance our AI models
• Sending campaign, update, and promotional messages by electronic means (email, SMS, calls)
• Processing special categories of personal data that may arise during a call within the relevant service scenario

Your call recordings are never used for AI model training without your explicit consent. Where consent is not given, model development continues using only anonymized and aggregated data.

Some of our cloud infrastructure and communication providers may have servers located abroad. By giving consent, you approve the transfer of your data to these suppliers abroad for the purposes above and with the necessary security measures, in the cases foreseen by the KVKK.

You may withdraw the explicit consent you have given at any time. You can send a withdrawal request to [email protected] or use the preference settings in the panel. Withdrawal takes effect going forward and does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out based on consent up to the withdrawal date.

I declare that I have read this Explicit Consent text and that, of my own free will and on an informed basis, I give my explicit consent to the processing of my personal data listed above for the stated purposes and scope, and to its transfer abroad where necessary.
