Explicit Consent Statement

This Explicit Consent Statement is prepared under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) for processing activities that require explicit consent only.

Processing that is necessary to provide the service and relies on other legal grounds, such as performance of a contract, a legal obligation, the establishment of a right, or legitimate interest, falls outside this statement. Those activities are covered by our Website Privacy Notice, App Privacy Notice, and Form Privacy Notice.

The activities below are carried out only if you give your explicit consent. Giving consent is entirely optional, and declining costs you no part of the service; explicit consent is never a precondition for using it.

Your explicit consent is requested for the following purposes only:

• Sending commercial electronic messages: newsletters, campaign, product update, and promotional notifications by email. Data processed for this purpose: your full name, email address, and marketing preferences.
• Being contacted by telephone for commercial communication: being contacted by telephone or WhatsApp for promotional and campaign purposes. Data processed for this purpose: your full name and telephone number.

Consent is requested separately for each purpose; consenting to one does not mean consenting to the other.

The following processing relies on other legal grounds set out in the Law rather than on consent, so your consent is not requested for it here:

• Call recordings and transcripts: based on performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c), establishment and protection of a right (Art. 5/2-e), and legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f). See the App Privacy Notice for details.
• International transfers: because the transfers required by our infrastructure are continuous rather than incidental, they rely on the transfer conditions set out in Article 9 of the Law rather than on explicit consent.
• Strictly necessary cookies and analytics measurement: based on legitimate interest. You can decline non-essential cookies through the cookie notice bar. See the Cookie Policy for details.

Artificial intelligence model training: call recordings, transcripts, and message content are not used to train artificial intelligence models. This is a commitment, not a consent-based option.

You may withdraw your consent at any time, without giving a reason. You can send a withdrawal request to [email protected], use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the emails we send you, or change your preference settings in the panel.

Withdrawal takes effect for the future; it does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of your consent before the date of withdrawal.
